An SMS campaign works like a WhatsApp campaign, but sends a templated text message keyed by whether the agent’s call was answered or not — useful for sending a callback link or summary after every attempt.

Creating a campaign

Pick an agent and sender number, then write a message template for each call outcome (answered vs. unanswered). Message bodies can be up to 1600 characters, and DLT sender/template IDs can be attached for DLT-registered routes (India).

Managing campaigns

View, update, or delete an SMS campaign at any time from the dashboard.
Register your sender ID and templates with your SMS provider’s DLT portal before going live — undelivered DLT-required messages fail silently on carrier side.
