# Calling Guardrails

> Concurrency, call-hour, and DND protections

Agentic OS applies a concurrency cap automatically — campaigns respect your
plan's max concurrent calls.

  independently verified in this documentation set — the confirmed
  [Create campaign](/docs/api-reference/campaigns/create-campaign) body doesn't
  include a `schedule` field. Confirm current guardrail behavior against your
