# Integrations

> Connect telephony, LLM, and messaging provider credentials

An **integration** stores a tenant's credentials for an external provider —
Twilio, Plivo, OpenAI, WhatsApp, etc. — encrypted at rest, so your agents can
use them without you re-entering secrets per agent.

## Connecting a provider

Give the integration a display name and enter the provider's credentials.
Credentials are verified against the provider before being saved — a bad
Twilio auth token or invalid OpenAI key is rejected immediately rather than
failing on the next call.

## Available providers

Providers are grouped by channel (telephony, LLM, transcription, speech
synthesis, messaging) so the dashboard shows only relevant options per
context.

## Provider balances

For providers with a wallet of their own (e.g. Twilio credit), Agentic OS
surfaces the live balance alongside the integration.

## Revoking

Any connected integration can be revoked at any time.

  agent's calls immediately — rotate credentials instead of revoking when
  possible.
