# WhatsApp Campaigns

> Bulk templated WhatsApp messages

A WhatsApp campaign attaches one or more pre-approved WhatsApp templates to an
agent, keyed by the outcome of that agent's calls — e.g. send one template when
a call is answered, a different one when it isn't.

## Creating a campaign

Pick an agent and attach one or more pre-approved WhatsApp templates, mapped
to a specific call outcome — a campaign can have up to 20 template mappings.

## Managing campaigns

View, update, or delete a WhatsApp campaign at any time from the dashboard.
